![]() ![]() Painting over screen03 with the same screen03 texture just overlaps the colors, as you'd expect, but I found I could get a neat effect by painting two different colors with screen03 on two different layers, and veeery subtly offsetting one of the colors (1 pixel down, 1 pixel to the right). I started with some custom brush textures, and started playing around with screen03, which is a very "fine," "screen door"-lookin' texture. I've found it hard to describe/search for solutions, so I'll try to be as thorough as I can with all the steps that led me here. I'm getting back into digital drawing, currently experimenting with screen tone shading, which is where I ran into a weird problem (hope this post belongs here, but it seemed like a decent bet apologies if not).
